In recent news, Kaiser Permanente, the nation’s largest integrated health systems, announced on the 18th May that they were committing up to $200 million, through their Thriving ‘Thriving Communities Fund’, to address housing stability and homelessness. The organization’s initial focus will be on preventing displacement or homelessness of lower- and middle-income households in rapidly changing communities; reducing homelessness by ensuring access to supportive housing; and making affordable homes healthier and more environmentally sound.

In this month’s edition, we discover more about GJ Building and Contracting (GJ), which is an Australian owned and operated building company with headquarters at Sydney Olympic Park. In recent news, a trusted provider of cybersecurity, Coalfire announced on the 21st March that the board of directors has appointed Tom McAndrew to the position of CEO, effective the 1st April 2018. McAndrew succeeds Larry Jones, who served as Chairman since 2012 and CEO since 2015. Jones has elected to step down from the full-time CEO commitment; he will remain an advisor to McAndrew and Coalfire throughout the remainder of 2018, and will continue to serve on Coalfire’s board of directors.
