Alice Rothwell & Lalita Taylor are Co-Chairs of BBC WiSTEM - a staff network aimed at supporting women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths careers at the BBC. We have achieved 20% growth in membership numbers over the past year and have over 1000 active members across the BBC Group. Our members benefit from networking events with inspirational speakers, a public speaking and a mentoring scheme; all designed to connect, inspire, broaden horizons of women in these career sectors.
