Women's Bean Project

From 2003-2025 Tamra Ryan was the CEO of Women's Bean Project, a food manufacturer providing transitional employment to women attempting to break the cycle of chronic unemployment and poverty. She is also the Coors Economic Mobility Fellow for Common Sense Institute. She is the author of two books: the award winning The Third Law, highlighting the societal obstacles that must be overcome for marginalized women to change their lives and Followship: 16 Lessons to become a leader worth following.
