I am also a life coach with a background in community mental health, addiction studies & suicide research.I have extensive experience working with veterans who have returned from war zones with Traumatic Brain Injury & PTSD. I specialize in grief coaching & creating a safe space to explore the depths of grief & all the places it might take one on their journey to finding peace & to let in a little light amidst what can feel like unbearable challenges.
