Shweta Gandhi is the CEO and Founder of Strived, an AI-powered academic data platform supporting teacher decision-making. A serial entrepreneur, she previously led Jetpacked, an edtech data tool, and founded Karmany, a human capital platform for NGOs in India & Africa. She oversaw innovation at Rocketship Schools, managed large teams at AT&T, and started a nonprofit offering merit-based scholarships. She now also serves on the board of Milaan Foundation, supporting girls’ education abroad.
