A long-time student of Jungian psychology, he built PeopleMaps to help organisations improve recruitment and retention by focusing on personality fit. The system avoids jargon, labels, and interpretation, making it easy for managers to use. Martin believes great workplaces are built when people are in the right roles. He lives near Glasgow with his wife Julie and has a son Ruaridh.
