Bo leads Off the Fence (OTF), an Academy Award-winning factual studio known for its non-fiction, natural history, and impact programming. OTF, committed to amplifying unheard voices, produces and distributes content from Amsterdam, London, Bristol, and Toronto. Since 1994, they've created over 700 hours of content for major broadcasters and streamers like National Geographic, Netflix, ARTE, and BBC. In 2019, ZDF Studios, a commercial arm of Germany's public broadcaster ZDF, acquired OTF.
