Mammal Society

Since taking the helm in 2023, Matt has led the small but perfectly formed team of staff and the wider community of volunteers to greater visibility, influence and impact in pursuit of the Mammal Society’s vision of a future in which British mammals thrive to benefit nature and people. In particular, Matt has worked hard to highlight and address a lack of diversity in conservation through the society’s own policies and actions, and by speaking out to amplify this as a priority for the sector.
