Becca Falborn is an inclusive, passionate connector of people. Starting in reality TV, she transitioned into advertising, quickly rising from receptionist to one of the youngest Executive Producers at 28. Known for building strong relationships and sparking collaboration, she worked bi-coastally as an Executive Producer of Business Development for two companies while launching her own company, Little Bird.
