Victor is the co-founder and CEO of Infleet, a Brazilian fleet-tech company that uses AI, telematics and video to reduce accidents and operating costs for corporate fleets. A mechanical engineer, he holds management specializations from FGV and Stanford. Victor began his career managing heavy equipment at the biggest construction company in Brazil, where fragmented, low-tech solutions inspired an integrated, one-stop platform. Infleet has scaled across Latin America and is growing 100% YoY.
