Michelle Griffin founded Griffin Resources in 2019 to support small businesses with HR needs. Since then, the company has grown to include 20+ employees and 50+ clients nationwide in various sizes and industries and over $1M in revenue. Michelle founded the company by prioritizing each employee’s career goals, talents, and personal situations with business needs and direction. Michelle believes that providing HR and recruiting partnerships starts with a strong, smart, and supported team.
