Finally!

Starting out in 1990, Gary has worked at some of the world’s leading post production companies and production agencies. His first role was as a runner then he graduated through the creative ranks at Framestore, Rushes and Red where he was part of an MBO in 2002 Red was acquired by Tag in 2004. Gary was appointed as MD of its creative production division, Smoke and Mirrors in 2007 and oversaw a rapid global expansion from 2 to 9 international locations including Amsterdam, Mexico City, Chennai, NY and Bangkok by 2015 and becoming CEO in the process. After joining the board of Tag in 2016 Gary lead all of Tag’s production operations globally, driving new business and creating new service lines for clients such as Heineken, Unilever, Toyota, Amazon, Meta, Lego and Tesco. Tag was aquired by private equity company, Advent International in 2017 and after its successful acquisition by Dentsu in 2023 Gary set up Finally! a global, fully cloud-based, AI-enabled production agency working with clients such as Toyota, UOB and Google.
