Khan M. Nakib Swadhin is one of the young entrepreneurs of Bangladesh doing digital business. As an entrepreneur, he has showcased quite significant Leadership qualities. He is working as the Head of Operation of country's renowned ITeS service provider Innovadeus Pvt. Ltd. And also running a startup with the brand name "DianaHost" since 2014.

Along with that, he has been working with the e-CAB, BASIS, BDHPA as a member. His main focus is on encouraging youth to participate in digital businesses. He has participated in various events, seminars, and workshops for the youth regarding online business under different organizations.
