As a trained sculptress, I am a classic career changer. In 2003, I co-founded the marine conservation organisation DEEPWAVE e.V. together with my husband, the deep-sea biologist Onno Groß. After his sudden death in 2016, I am carrying on his commitment to the oceans as the new CE0.
With my different and intrepid view of the world, I empower young ocean enthusiasts to stand up for their future – and the future of our planet. In politics, in science, and in their daily lives.
