CircleSpace is striving to place a million people into worldclass peer groups or Forums, to help each other lead, learn and live better. Forum is a practice of a small group dedicating time every month, building a high level of trust, and helping to improve each other’s professional and personal lives. We think Forum works best with ~8 diverse, committed, peers; a facilitator; and a yearly in-person retreat. Adding these intimate small groups to a community increases engagement and renewal.
