This recognition reflects conviction and collective effort. After growing Euractiv to profitability, I saw how democracy depends on people’s ability to participate. That led me to digital inclusion. At All Digital, I set a clear direction and restructured the team around skills and aspirations, creating ownership and momentum. Membership grew from 100 to 120+ across Europe, while Eurostat data shows digital exclusion declining from 44% to 40%. What I’ve learned: clarity and trust drive results.
