Once Shoreline’s strategies are re-organised and edited, it will test each one, holding test days to test its process with clients and staff. If the company has a new way of onboarding, it will spend however long it takes to test that process before implementing it. And it’s the same with digital services. Meanwhile, like any company, Shoreline was affected by the pandemic, but it saw what needed to be done for its clients and immediately produced information and content to help them get through the difficult time. Digital plays such an important role in a business and it’s even more important now. The company guided its clients each step of the way. It added better data solutions, revamped some of its strategies to enhance their strategies and by working closely with clients, it was able to work together to enhance their presence rather than them losing any visibility during this downtime. Things can only keep getting better for Joe and Shoreline. He has big plans for the company following its office upgrade and gaining control of the entire building, with 6,000sqft of offices, lounges and training areas for both employees and clients. He intends to continue growing all areas of the company, further expanding each department as needed, with the intention of adding more positions in its SEO, Social Media, Internal Marketing, and Development departments. Alongside his work with Shoreline, Joe has plans to focus on a few of the other small businesses he owns, as well as some more acting work in the entertainment industry, going back to his television roots.
