Priemer brings more than three decades of leadership experience in the enterprise software and technology space, most notably his transformative 27-year tenure at Hyland. He joined the company in 1997 as Vice President of Marketing when it had just 30 employees and $7 million in revenue. Over the next two decades, Priemer played a pivotal role in Hyland’s evolution into a global powerhouse in intelligent content solutions. He rose through the ranks, becoming Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2001, Chief Operating Officer in 2005, and ultimately President and CEO in 2013—a role he held until his retirement in May 2024. Under his leadership, Hyland’s annual revenue grew to over $1 billion, with a customer base exceeding 14,000 and a global workforce of 4,000 employees.
