He shared: “I love where this has taken me, what it has taught me, and the people it has brought into my life.” “Staying focused on my vision, with a bit of input from others, has given the best results for growth.” Now, Jason leads a flourishing team of experts who are spread across the world. Always celebrating their collective successes, the VFX Apprentice team not only cheers for each other but they continually support one another through ups and downs. Jason leads this multi-faceted team with vulnerability and honesty while listening before he advises. He commented: “I lead by sharing in the successes and struggles that we all experience together, as a team. I lead by taking a little time to lift up a team member, learning about them, what they care about, and what their perspective is. It matters to me that they know I care.” Sharing his wisdom and advice for budding CEOs, Jason enthused: “Be sure to connect yourself with other entrepreneurs. The mental challenges are the most important, and having a strong social connection through the ups and downs is critical.” He is also an advocate for comradery and companionship in business, where support is always available and relationships are unwavering.
