Joining the brand at the start of 2023, Veronica has proven integral to its growth over the last three years, first in her work as a contracted HR business partner and then through her work as both its operations director (a role she still inhabits) and its COO. For Veronica reaching these heights represents the culmination of a more than 15-year career in the healthcare space. Beginning her journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Veronica’s early experiences on the frontline taught her the realities of bedside care and the many challenges faced by parents and staff. Her move to pharmacy a few years later – which marked the start of a seven-year stint – then taught her the ins and outs of the operational/ regulatory side of healthcare delivery. Subsequent roles in the Development Disabilities Administration programme and as Hospital Director empowered her further within the industry. At Herewith, Veronica combines all she learned across these experiences to deliver something truly impressive. Regardless of whether she is building scalable workflows within the business, negotiating partnerships with healthcare providers, or ensuring that the company’s Helpers feel both supported and valued in their work, Veronica is able to achieve her primary goal of blending healthcare expertise with operational execution on a daily basis.
