As a pioneer in the world of beauty, we find out more from the firm’s award-winning Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Monica Sada. From the very beginning, Monica Sada was clear about what she wanted. Having suffered with numerous skin issues, Monica struggled to make time for any sort of beauty regime. Efficiency and immediate results are the common denominator of all of the firm’s innovative products. In addition, more than 94% of all formulas are of natural origin and the company is fully committed to sustainability in its packaging and supply chain processes. Being a Spanish brand, the Middle East became UNICSKIN’s first success story, where Arab women fell in love with the brand. Now, that has expanded, and the firm sells in more than 100 countries and exports more than 85% of its sales. Today, UNICSKIN distributes its products in leading online stores and platforms, department stores and luxury beauty salons worldwide. But what makes the brand so special is that it not only sells through traditional distribution channels, but it has been collaborating since the beginning with major airlines, five-star hotels, and World Duty Free to offer quality products in the business cabins of airplanes, in the spas of hotels and in the stores of the best airports worldwide. “In short, I founded my own company to create value,” Monica elaborates. “At UNICSKIN, we aim to create value by helping people to improve their skin and with it, to feel better about themselves. We have a commitment to the world and society.” Her role in the company nowadays is not only to be the founder and creator of the brand, but also the Chairman and CEO. Most importantly, Monica is the only one responsible for deciding what new products need to launch and she regularly travels to Asia to meet with the firm’s factories, laboratories, and pharmacists to develop formulas and products from the beginning. However, Monica is also quick to sing the praises of the dedicated team surrounding her and works hard to add value to her employee base too. “For me they are not mere employees, for me they are complete people,” she enthuses. “I do not ask them to account for what time they start working or what time they finish, the only thing that matters to me is that they do their job well and that the results meet the excellence of UNICSKIN. I believe that giving a worker flexibility and offering family reconciliation is the number one key to their happiness.
