Delicious Success Rōti Modern Mediterranean, the fast-casual Mediterranean brand is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Seamonds as Chief Executive Officer of the Chicago based restaurant concept, to strengthen the organization and position the business for long-term growth of its restaurant footprint, digital offerings, delivery, and best-in-class catering business. Prior to joining Rōti, Mr. Seamonds served as the CEO of Snack Street and President of Dean and DeLuca, where he led the organization to a $140M buyout after making substantial improvements to the business. “I believe that Roti sits at the center of the current food and wellness culture zeitgeist.
