We have recently managed to arrange an ongoing source of funds which will help us make our firm a recognised brand. Thanks to his vast experience as an entrepreneur, Tola understands what it is to be a leader, and is eager to share an insight into his style with us. “As a leader, I like to lead from the front, and I am still very much hands on with pretty much everything thing that goes on within Supreme Jet Service. I am very passionate about what I do and like to express that to whoever comes in contact with my company. I also regularly speak with all of our suppliers and the industry peers we work with to ensure we are all on the same page. “Being a private jet brokerage, we outsource a lot of our work, and as such communication is key.
