Having joined the brand in 2007, Huzefa Motorwala has proven instrumental in its growth, evolving alongside Comfort Click to ascend from a member of the customer service team to the company’s COO. Driven to do more, the company made the bold choice to begin crafting products and brands of its very own, quickly finding its niche within the vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) market. Blending its laser focus with a discerning eye, Comfort Click built brands around the common theme of empowerment – empowering its customers in the UK and Europe to live happier and healthier lives through its products. Having conquered these markets and grown to a size that seemed impossible in 2005, Comfort Click has now set its sights across the Atlantic and is beginning to develop a foothold in the US. COO Huzefa Motorwala has been there for almost of all of Comfort Click’s journey, and the impact he has had on the growth, innovation, and overall operational excellence of the company is one of the reasons it has become a global success story over the past 18 years. Huzefa’s first role with the company was in customer service, where he worked in India for five years. In 2012, Huzefa relocated to the UK after being promoted to lead international customer support. Three years later, he was promoted yet again. During his time as the manager of procurement, compliance, and logistics for the company, Huzefa helped create and expand some of Comfort Click’s product lines, including WeightWorld and Animigo. He also proved invaluable in relaunching MaxMedix, which is just one product within a range of sub-brands within the personal care and cosmetics market developed by the company, a feat which undoubtedly contributed to him securing the role of Comfort Click’s general manager back in 2019. After five years leading the company’s transformation, growing its revenue, overseeing its strategic expansion, and making minor tweaks to its overall operational improvements, a new challenge presented itself in 2024 – the role of COO. Today, Huzefa is responsible for overseeing the operations and expansion strategy of Comfort Click on a global scale, and he leads the company’s diverse, international, and 300-strong team with his clear vision for the future of the brand and a leadership style honed over almost two decades of development within Comfort Click itself. The result is a COO that has grown from the ground up alongside their company, making them inextricably linked with its success and a fitting example for the team to follow. It is in this way that Huzefa balances effortlessly with Nehal Patel, Comfort Click’s CEO, who joined the company in the second half of 2023. By blending Huzefa’s deep knowledge of where the brand has come from with Nehal’s ambitions for what it could one day be, the perfect balance is struck and clear, achievable goals are set. With Comfort Click Ltd now well underway on the next steps of its journey, Huzefa Motorwala remains as determined as ever to driving its continued success, expanding the brand’s presence in new countries and improving its understanding of local markets in the process.
