Dr. Weiss himself was kind enough to share some words of wisdom with us following his recognition in CEO Monthly, stating that “Our approach emphasizes the importance of linking innovative intelligence to emotional intelligence. Not one to shy away from big thoughts around an innovative future, Dr. Weiss shared with us some insights around where the industry might go next, saying “We are living in a world entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution. People should expect to experience a fusion of technologies that blur the lines between the physical, digital, and biological spheres. This Fourth Industrial Revolution ushers in a systemic level of change so profound to existing social, economic, and environmental interconnections, that it will require a new blueprint in terms of how we think, strategize, and execute.” Dr. Weiss is working with organizations to help them discover how to navigate through the challenges and opportunities presented by this new paradigm and coaching executives to think, strategize, and execute differently to meet the challenge.
