With a history in property services and commercial management, Phil brings a level of understanding of the real estate and home-building market that few others can match. Phil’s career journey began back in 1999 when he started his own construction business alongside his dad. During this time, he met the Golds when they commissioned the father/ son duo to build their new headquarters in 1999. A few years down the line in 2001, Phil decided to stop travelling when his son Harry was born, instead he had a year in private practice and then joined Bluestone, part of the Morgan Sindall Group. In 2009, Phil joined Gold Property Developments as a Contracts Manager before quickly earning the position of MD, which has seen GPD establish themselves as a leading developer in the south east of England. Phil is the first to acknowledge the vision and patience of Ralph and Bradley Gold, and is very grateful for the guidance and trust they have instilled in him.
