For Jason Adams, Principal & Chief Executive of Ni2 Health, his aim has always been to create financial improvement initiatives that stick for healthcare facilities. This is a challenge, with patient care something that can never be compromised, but he and his team have achieved extraordinary success. He graduated from paramedic school at 20, and soon became used to making life-saving decisions on behalf of his patients. He soon moved into an administrative role, acting as Director of Emergency Medical Services for a community hospital and progressing to become Director of Corporate Compliance. Before long, Jason was able to take on his first executive role as Vice May21193 President of Revenue Cycle for a large, multifacility healthcare system and from there act as COO with a revenue cycle consulting firm. All of the experiences that Jason has been through, from the clinical to the administrative to the executive, combine to make Ni2 the success that it is. He is determined to treat his staff with immense respect, and to continue exploring new paths to serving the needs of his clients. The team take the time to evaluate every potential area that can support improved operations. Healthcare facilities have often been struggling for years, and the strain on them has only been exacerbated by the challenges of the pandemic.
