Neutral Fuels transforms waste cooking oil into clean green ultra-sustainable net zero fuel, enabling companies and communities to dramatically reduce their carbon emissions and stop contributing to climate change. Net zero fuel can run in any diesel engine without the need for engine modification. Neutral Fuels has pioneered a local/local/local city-scale business model: local waste cooking oil is converted in a local Neutral Fuels biorefinery into net zero biofuel for use in local transportation. This means that every city can have its own biorefinery producing net zero fuel from its own waste for its own use. The company’s latest innovation is a cloud-based data portal that manages the ordering and delivery of its fuel using hand held apps and IoT sensors. It also automatically triggers delivery so fuel supply never runs out. Founded and led by Karl W Feilder, Neutral Fuels is one of the most sustainable companies in the world today. He founded his first start-up in 1990 and sold it to Microsoft in 1995, the first of many entrepreneurial successes he would achieve. His 15 years’ experience as CEO of technology companies resulted in three personal trade sale exits, two trade sale exits on behalf of external investors, the leadership and preparation of two companies for IPO, and recognition as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in 2004. In 2006 Karl turned his attention to the cleantech industry, selling his first cleantech company to Deutsche Post DHL in 2009. He then moved to the UAE where he started Neutral Fuels.
